A FLOWER SHOP

My aim was to create a green house, a breathing lung within this concrete jungle we live in not just from the presence of a botanic promenade and a green roof that I implemented, but also as an immersive experience for those who enter it.
The ground floor is the main display area. Flowers are placed on Plexiglas tables in the infinity pond below the green wall and inside the cold room for customers to pick and create their bouquets on the atelier table, while potted plants create the botanical garden and vases close to the stairs.
Sunlight is very important for my project thus the 2 skylights and glass facade.
The materials were kept very simple and subtle to not overcrowd and suppress the presence of the product, with the intent of incorporating natural elements like water and plants along with the use of terrazzo, marble, steel, and wood.
