The project, a fine-tuning factory of industrial products, consists of small interlocking volumes in order to maximize the façade used areas. Additionally, on the ground floor, a road cuts through the minimal footprint to create pedestrian and vehicular accessibility within the project connecting the main and back road extension. This project’s adaptation method to the site, involves placing its services and functions on the facades due to lack of space. The exposed services include all the technical requirements needed in the functionality of the spaces, such as bathrooms, pipes, ventilation systems, generators, water reservoirs and storage spaces, resulting in an interlocking homogeneous elevation system with a double perforated skin.a multi-orientational experience while preserving the building’s sense of transparency.
