rayan yehya
The program consists of a music school and community gardens , and a restaurant. By carving out the extruded site to draw people in the project, a harmonic massing composition of the home of music is created for the pedestrians and the musicians. Additional spaces are created underneath the ramp that connects the plots on both sides. While the main music school with the performing spaces is located on the Southern Plot, includes : the bridge in-between then integrates the small practice rooms. These ramps create alternating levels, bringing natural light into the project, while the slope green surfaces protect pedestrians from noise pollution. Pedestrians can connect visually with the music and the performance areas, wandering around while listening to live performances.
