The project focus on the influenced off-springs of civilians that lived through the civil war of the ‘70s and the current Lebanese revolution activists, where sociologists and psychologists will act as the catalyst that will help and promote interaction between these two social groups. The mutual benefits for both groups would include the ability to discuss and try to produce ideas for current social issues, based on the valuable knowledge of the past civil suffering and conflict in Lebanon. The proposal is placed on the most socially and historically intense area of Beirut: the Martyr Square. It aims to act as an open stage for social and political discussions and different kinds of workshops, offering temporary lodging for visitors both from Lebanon and the world.
