Ixsir winery in Bezbina is an industrial facility designed by Raed Abillama Architects in 2012; by analyzing the original design, one strong element emerged: extruding and subtracting volumes. The project follows this interplay of full and empty, creating Airbnbs accommodations for people who have a passion for wine. Intervening in the factory by keeping it intact was the most challenging factor.
