During the revolution, people expressed their disappointment and anger differently, with some translating their struggle and chaos into art and beauty all over the streets of Beirut. These people turned devastation into art through paintings, portraits, collages, crafts and even digital art, to bring back power into people’s hearts. The project is a special place to embrace the power of art that people created in Beirut,  an Artist Residency Project “Thawrat”; its aim is to emphasize  relationships between artist-artists and artists-visitors.
