This project is meant to establish a bus station that affects the chosen site as a whole, and creates a systematic flow of various forms of transportation. In addition to organizing the flow of traffic via the development dedicated lanes, many urban intentions were established as to expand one’s experience within the station. These intentions include the reclamation of the green & blue networks, as well as the facilitation of pedestrian movement. The green network is translated into a series of family gardens that people are able to experience via the newly fromed promenade. The bus station encompasses an entire block as it has multiple functions, and the paths that lead into the station delicately penetrate the block as to preserve its green nature, and separate it from the congestion induced by the surrounding vehicles.
