QUARANTINE

This project has been created to allow Covid patients to quarantine and protect their families from any further exposure. The space has been conceived through a modular grid, introducing subdivided areas to allow connections between the patients, as well as the possibility for isolation. Modules designed for these patients allow a certain level of self-sufficiency, as well an extension of one’s space, connecting to other “public” aspects of their surroundings, hence creating interior relations. Other facilities and functions will be shared, with the layout emphasizing on the need to be socially distancing, creating subdivided niches for each patient whilst allowing them to be in a rather “social” setting.
